Carrie Underwood - Blown Away

New, epic 2nd single. Video was a bit of a letdown, from the really dramatic storyline the song portrays.

Any shot in hell this will get turned around for dancefloors? I know she doesn't like her songs remixed for radio (converting over from original country to a more-Taylor Swift-y sounding pop)..

One can hope =/

Even though I enjoyed some of the bootleg mixes that circulated around (Damico, Miguel Lopez..) I had no idea that long time remixer Lenny B. also did a fab dance cover which I stumbled upon:

Back in the day I enjoyed Lenny B. when he was part of the remix team Fitch Bros. (Amber, Gina G., Robin S. ..) and of course when he went solo with his remixes for
Jessica Simpson, Linda Eder, Britney Spears, LeAnn Rimes. Btw- aside from his dance remake for Carrie Underwood, he also did a dance remake for Kelly Clarkson's "Dark Side" with the same singer:

Ugh, see, Lenny's production would sound AMAZING with Carrie's vocals.

Definitely agree, his production is simply stellar from start to finish
and yes it would have been great if he would have followed the
Almighty camp's lead in which for Katy Perry's "Hot n Cold" and Jennifer Holliday's "And I'm Telling You.." they did two set remixes: a dance cover and another with the original artist's vocals. Though, I'm glad the vocalist Melissa Montgomery that Lenny B. worked with did a nice job vocally with Carrie Underwood like nuances and all. I think the last time I enjoyed a 'Lenny B. dance remake' was his remixes for "Forever Young" covered by Ella.
